Originally released in 1995 on her album of the same name, Close Than Close, started off life as an R’n’B cut! But a few bootlegs and remixes later Glaswegian label boss, Bobo, spent a couple of years finalising the official release of the House cut. It became a hit in the UK reaching number 4 in the UK charts in 1997.

Rosie Gaines is an American singer-songwriter and musician known for her powerful vocals and versatility across R&B, funk, and house music.
